We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our epoxy flooring solutions across various sectors including industrial, commercial, pharma, F&B. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, technical aptitude, and a proven track record in B2B or construction-related sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities for epoxy and PU flooring services. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, project managers, facility heads, and procurement teams. Conduct site visits, evaluate flooring requirements, and coordinate with the technical team for solution proposals. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations. Collaborate with the execution team to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction. Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and new technologies in industrial flooring. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Civil Engineering, or related field. 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in construction chemicals, flooring, or industrial solutions. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical details and propose appropriate solutions. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site inspections. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in selling epoxy/PU/polyurethane flooring or coating services. Existing client base in pharma, F&B, manufacturing, or commercial sectors.
