Job Title: Tele calling Executive Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Outbound Tele calling Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to generate leads, close sales, or promote products/services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasion abilities, and a proactive attitude. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from a given database or lead list. Explain products or services to customers and address their queries effectively. Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert leads into sales. Maintain a detailed record of all interactions in the CRM system. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets. Follow up with interested or previously contacted customers. Handle customer objections and offer appropriate solutions. Maintain knowledge of company products/services and stay updated with changes. Work collaboratively with team members and report performance to the supervisor. Key Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages, e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages]. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Active listening and problem-solving abilities. Confidence, patience, and resilience. Good organizational and time-management skills. Qualifications: Education: Minimum 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate (preferred) Experience: 0–2 years in outbound calling / telemarketing / telesales / customer service (Freshers can apply) Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, CRM tools preferred. Compensation: Base Salary: As per industry standards Incentives: Performance-based bonuses/incentives for achieving sales targets.
