Job Title: School Principal Location: DBS International School, Maurawan, Unnao, Uttar Pradesh Reporting To: School Management/Director Employment Type: Full-Time Job Objective: To provide visionary leadership, academic excellence, and operational efficiency at DBS International School by managing faculty, curriculum, discipline, parent relations, and school operations in line with the school’s mission — Dream • Believe • Succeed . Key Responsibilities: Academic Leadership Oversee curriculum implementation and academic standards across all grades. Introduce innovative teaching methodologies and promote digital learning (e.g., smart classrooms). Monitor students’ academic progress and initiate improvement strategies. Guide faculty in lesson planning, assessment methods, and continuous evaluation. Faculty & Staff Management Recruit, train, evaluate, and support teaching and non-teaching staff. Conduct regular staff meetings and professional development workshops. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence. School Administration & Operations Manage day-to-day operations, school timetable, and discipline system. Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety norms. Oversee infrastructure, cleanliness, transportation, and safety protocols. Parent & Community Engagement Organize parent-teacher meetings and address parent concerns effectively. Build relationships with the school community and local education authorities. Represent the school at public functions, community events, and educational forums. Vision & Culture Building Promote the school’s core values and discipline code. Encourage co-curricular and extracurricular activities for holistic development. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment. Qualifications & Experience: Master’s Degree in Education or equivalent (B.Ed. / M.Ed. compulsory) Minimum 10 years of teaching experience, including 3–5 years in leadership roles Strong command of English (spoken and written) Experience in CBSE/ICSE/International curriculum is preferred Skills & Competencies: Leadership & People Management Excellent Communication & Public Relations Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving Digital Literacy (MS Office, School ERP, etc.) Decision-Making & Conflict Resolution Remuneration: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications Benefits: Accommodation (if applicable), incentives, performance bonus Job Type: Permanent Pay: From ₹55,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
