Administrative Support Assist in managing the Director’s calendar and appointments. Draft and type emails, letters, and simple reports. Organize and maintain files and records. Coordination Support in coordinating meetings with internal teams. Assist in preparing agendas, presentations, and minutes of meetings. Handle phone calls and messages politely and professionally. Task Follow-up Maintain a to-do list of tasks assigned by the Director. Follow up with different departments for pending work status. Learning & Development Gain exposure to business operations by shadowing the Director. Learn corporate communication, business reporting, and coordination skills. Skills & Competencies : Good communication skills (English & Hindi). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Organized, disciplined, and eager to learn. Professional attitude and confidentiality. Qualifications: Graduate (BBA/ B.Com/ BA/ Any discipline). Minimum 1 year of experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Work Location: In person
