Participating in Maintenance and Start-up/Shutdown Processes: Trainees will be involved in preparing equipment for maintenance, assisting with start-up and shutdown procedures, and potentially learning how to conduct routine maintenance. Continuous Improvement: Operator Trainees may participate in initiatives to improve operational efficiency and identify areas for process improvement. Documentation and Record Keeping: They may be required to complete paperwork, maintain records of product transfers, and document inventory information. Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: A willingness to learn and develop technical skills related to specific machinery and equipment is essential.
