Good Knowledge of TPM, TPS, 5S, Lean tools, Kanban, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, SOP. Leading cross functional team meeting and working on PCM closure. Maintaining Discipline on assembly line and achieving SPQCDM targets. Overseeing the daily operations of the Assembly shop, ensuring the quality of workmanship, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Utility Operations & Maintenance Manager to oversee utility systems at our Marhowrah facility. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in electrical utilities, energy management, and regulatory compliance (CPCB, CGWA, IEC, State Electricity Board). The role demands proactive planning, operational excellence, and effective team leadership. Key Responsibilities Utility Infrastructure & Operations Manage utility systems: HT/LT power (up to 33KV), DG sets, HVAC, solar plant, compressed air, chilled water, ETP, STP, and water treatment. Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable utility operations. Develop and execute preventive maintenance and AMC plans. Implement SOPs for equipment operation, energy use, and safety.
