Job Title:- Building Maintenance Manager Location:- New Delhi Employment Type: Full-Time Experience- 5 years + Salary-25000-35000 We are seeking a reliable and experienced Building Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our residential building. The ideal candidate will ensure the property is safe, functional, well-maintained, and provides a high level of service to residents. Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate all building operations, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and utility services. Conduct regular inspections of the building and systems (e.g., HVAC, elevators, plumbing, electrical) to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards. Manage vendor and contractor relationships; supervise on-site work and ensure completion to standard. Maintain a preventive maintenance schedule and respond promptly to repair requests. Manage budgets related to building operations and provide cost estimates for repairs or improvements. Coordinate with property management and residents regarding maintenance issues and upcoming work. Maintain records of inspections, maintenance logs, and service contracts. Ensure compliance with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and other legal requirements. Respond to emergency situations promptly and professionally. Qualifications / Skill :- Proven experience in building operations, facilities management, or a similar role (residential experience preferred). Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing vendor relationships and service contracts. Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office is a plus. Relevant technical certifications are a plus (e.g., HVAC, electrical, safety). Working Conditions:May require on-call availability for emergencies. Physical ability to inspect building systems, climb stairs/ladders, and perform basic maintenance tasks.
