To maintain a database of all import shipments, its documentation, BOE etc Job description : To submit remittance compliance documents to the bank To maintain product wise HSN code sheet with BCD details To coordinate with Business Development team to make necessary and timely procurements (International/Domestic) To coordinate with Business Development team to understand leads,feedback and document the same and appraise the management on a regular basis. To help company with recruitments as and when required. Operations : Knowing with OEM of Stock availability, Price, Delivery, Payment Terms Confirming with Principal, Issuing Purchase Orders, Payment & Delivery Getting Proforma Invoice/Invoice for Advance or Credit with Packing List Freight Forwarder & CHA : Confirming with Freight Forwarder/CHA/Cargo Provider, Payment & Delivery Remittance : Preparing Doc's for Forex Remittance, Processing thru Trade Bank with Best Conversion Rate BOE: Generating BOE, Making Customs Payment, Gate Pass & Delivered IDPMS/EDPMS: Updating Regulatory Trade Compliance with Banker of Imports/ Made Payment Pending Advance Payment made by Knocking off BOE (Goods/Services) Closing/Knocking Off Previous Pending Regulatory Trade Compliance Calculating & Preparing Sheets: Calculating Price, Preparing & Providing Price List with Discounts, Terms Communication : Fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu System & Software: Windows OS, MS Office (Excel & Word), CRM Technical/Product Knowledge: Zeal, Enthusiastic in Knowing Product Knowledge, Line of Business for Better Understanding Attendance : Making Sure of Employees Attendance, Reporting to Management with Reasons if any Absenteeism Pay Roll: Verifying Pay Roll Generation, Processed with Payments, Pay Slips Letter/Certificates: Preparing Offer Letter, Joining Letter, File of KYC along with Prior Employee Experience, Conduct, Relieving & Other Doc’s as Required Providing Required Doc’s by Approval with Management Job Type : Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits : Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay : Performance bonus Yearly bonus Experience : imports / exports: 1 year (Required) Language : English Hindi (Required) Work Location : In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹300.00 - ₹400.00 per day Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Flexible schedule Internet reimbursement Paid time off Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
