Position Overview Job Title: Insurance Telecaller Location: Khandelwal Motors Pvt. Ltd. (KMPL)-JAIPUR Experience Required: Minimum 6 months to 3 years (insurance telecalling / sales / renewals / proposals) Key Responsibilities: Contact existing and potential customers to explain and promote motor insurance policies. Handle policy renewals, follow-up on renewals, and convert leads into sales. Prepare and submit insurance proposals and policy documentation accurately. Coordinate with insurance companies and internal departments to ensure timely issuance of policies. Resolve customer queries related to insurance products, premium payments, coverage, etc. Maintain and update daily MIS reports and call logs. Achieve monthly targets for renewals and new policies. Requirements: Minimum 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience in insurance telecalling / sales / customer service. Good knowledge of insurance proposals and policy issuance processes. Strong communication and convincing skills. Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email handling). Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
