Job Description: Technician Experience: 2-3 years in cable harnessing Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electronics Skills: 1. Wire Cutting 2. Twisting 3. Bundling 4. Braid Joint Soldering 5. Moulded part Installation 6. Identification Label Shrinking 7. Solder Sleeve Installation 8. Labels / Marker sleeve shrinking 9. Connectors Identification 10. Crimping 11. Soldering 12. Key way alignment check 13. Torque Tightening 14. Doc/Spec./Std. Reading 15. Continuity Test 16. Retention Test 17. IR Test RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Timely completion of assemblies as per schedule provided by the supervisor 2. Proper and neat maintenance of drawings and documents issued by the supervisor on loan basis for reference. Return of documents to the supervisor on completion of the job. 3. Adhere to AS 9100D standards Other responsibilities we shall share with the appointed staff.
