Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to join our QA department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Quality Management Support: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS). Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, ISO standards). Product Quality Assurance: Conduct quality control checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with safety and efficacy standards. Assist in audits and inspections of manufacturing processes. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities and report findings to the QA team. Support the preparation of quality-related documentation and reports. Training and Development: Participate in training programs on quality standards and best practices. Contribute to a culture of continuous learning within the QA department. Customer Focus: Assist in addressing customer complaints and feedback related to product quality. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Food Science, Biology, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry. Basic knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements in product development and manufacturing. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
