Job Description - Manager Sales Location: Noida, with frequent travel to US. Requirements: Mandatory to have valid US B1/B2 Visa Experience in event or exhibition industry preferred Minimum experience of 7 years in Sales and Business Development Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in both the US and India markets. Identify and target potential clients in the event and exhibition industry to generate new business opportunities. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to sustain long-term partnerships. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. Participate in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to network with industry professionals and generate leads. Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management. Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional activities to effectively communicate value propositions to clients. Mentor and supervise a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to drive their performance. Collaborate with the management to develop sales budgets, set targets, and implement sales strategies.
