The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our systems and databases, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of company information Key Responsibilities :  Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and company systems with speed and accuracy.  Verify data by comparing it to source documents.  Review and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.  Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform regular backups.  Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested.  Perform regular audits to ensure data quality.  Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.  Assist with administrative tasks and document handling as needed. Requirements :  Proven experience as a data entry operator or oƯice clerk.  Excellent typing speed and accuracy.  Proficient in Microsoft OƯice Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software.  Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors.  Organizational and time-management skills. Preferred Skills :  Experience with database management systems.  Familiarity with oƯice equipment such as printers and scanners.  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
