We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Logistics Trainer to join our skill development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, along with the ability to deliver soft skills training including communication, time management, and workplace etiquette. This role is crucial in shaping job-ready youth and preparing them for successful careers in logistics and warehousing sectors. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging classroom sessions on logistics, supply chain, and warehouse management. Conduct interactive training on soft skills: communication, personality development, Interview skills, and customer service etc. Develop lesson plans, training materials, and assessments. Use modern training methodologies including roleplays, case studies, and simulations. Monitor student progress and provide individual feedback and support. Ensure alignment with industry trends and employer expectations. Support placement coordination and conduct interview preparation sessions.
