Compnay : Rishaba Industires Position : Trainee / Production Engineer Experience : 0 - 3 Years (Freshers can apply) Department : Production / Manufacturing Salary : 0-3 Lakhs Education : Diploma / B.E / B.Tech To assist in managing and improving production processes, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are maintained while learning industrial practices and technical operations on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities: Monitor daily production activities and report deviations. Support shift in-charge in manpower allocation and line balancing. Maintain production records, daily reports, and logbooks. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams for smooth operations. Follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety protocols on the shop floor. Participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen, 5S, Lean) initiatives. Assist in root cause analysis for rejections and breakdowns. Learn and operate machines, tools, and manufacturing equipment. Ensure proper material handling, identification, and usage. Skills Required: Basic understanding of production processes and shop floor operations. Exposure to CNC / Injection Moulding / Sheet Metal / Assembly (as applicable). Good communication and reporting skills. Willingness to work in shifts and learn hands-on. Knowledge of quality tools (5S, TPM, Kaizen, etc.) is an added advantage.
