For the first month, 50% of the salary will be deposited. The deposited 50% will be returned during the full and final settlement upon your exit from the cafe. Free :- Accommodation Designation: Cook Notice Period: 45 days. Work Timings: 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM. Roles and Responsibilities Work as an individual contributor, managing the entire kitchen operations. Ensure hygiene standards and maintain the quality of food. Manage kitchen staff and maintain smooth kitchen processes. Handle inventory and stock management. Prepare key dishes, including Broast Chicken, vada pav, pizza, and rolls. Prepare raw materials, including: Chicken cutting for Broast chicken and pizza. Preparation of mayonnaise and other raw materials related to specific menu items.
