Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Sales Officer to join our dynamic team. The Sales Officer will play a crucial role in achieving our sales targets and expanding our customer base. This position reports to the (ROM) / Category Head and involves the identification and development of new business opportunities within the metal industry. Key Responsibilities: Customer Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to drive new sales opportunities within the metal industry. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retain business. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments of sales strategies accordingly. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the ROM. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of MetalXpert's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
