Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Teach science subjects such as Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Environmental Science to students at varying levels. Conduct laboratory experiments and hands-on activities to enhance students' learning experience. Utilize innovative teaching methods, technology, and multimedia resources to engage students. Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and projects. Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their scientific understanding. Maintain classroom discipline and create a safe, inclusive, and conducive learning environment. Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific inquiry among students. Stay updated with the latest developments in science education and incorporate them into teaching practices. Participate in faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and school events. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and curriculum. Previous teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of scientific concepts and laboratory procedures. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles. Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Proficiency in using technology for teaching and learning purposes.
