Key Responsibilities:Store Operations: Manage and supervise all store operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company policies. Monitor store performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to avoid stockouts and overstock situations. Conduct regular stock checks and audits to maintain accurate inventory records. Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of products and manage vendor relationships. Staff Supervision: Lead, motivate, and train store staff to ensure high levels of productivity and customer service. Schedule shifts and manage staff attendance, ensuring adequate staffing at all times. Address any staff performance issues and implement corrective actions as needed. Customer Service: Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times. Handle customer complaints and queries promptly and professionally. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
