Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities for web and mobile applications. Develop, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated). Define and drive QA best practices, processes, and standards across teams. Build and maintain robust test automation frameworks. Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and deliver high quality releases. Identify, record, and track bugs; perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. Ensure timely delivery of testing tasks as per the release schedule. Guide and mentor a team of testers; conduct reviews and provide constructive feedback. Analyze testing metrics and continuously improve test efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements: 3 to 6 years of proven experience in both manual and automation testing. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, etc. Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data validation. Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Team leadership experience is a plus. Nice to Have: Experience in API testing (Postman, REST Assured). Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
