Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that production schedules are met with precision, efficiency, and safety while producing high-quality components to meet our specifications. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, turning, etc.) to produce parts according to blueprints and technical drawings. Load raw materials and monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance. Perform regular inspections and quality checks using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.). Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain product specifications and tolerances. Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues to prevent production downtime. Maintain clean and organized workstations and follow safety protocols. Collaborate with engineers and supervisors for continuous improvement in production processes. Accurately document production output, machine hours, and quality checks. Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training in CNC machining is a plus. Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator (2+ years preferred). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CNC code (G-code, M-code). Proficiency in using measuring instruments for quality assurance. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Basic computer skills for operating CNC software interfaces. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Willingness to work flexible shifts or overtime, if required. Preferred Skills: Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, or Haas control systems. Knowledge of machining different materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, or plastic. Familiarity with CAM software (e.g., Mastercam) is a plus.
