Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all operations adhere to legal, regulatory, and company standards. Identify and manage operational risks effectively. Qualifications & Skills: Educational Qualification: MBA (with at least 60% marks) MCOM (with at least 70% marks) Experience: Fresh MBA graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant work experience in banking, finance, or related sectors. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of banking operations, financial products, and services. Good analytical and problem solving abilities. Target-driven and results-oriented approach. Proficiency in MS Office and other financial tools/software.
