Role Description Welborn is offering a unique opportunity for aspiring marketers to kickstart their careers through a focused 2–3 month internship, designed as a direct pathway to a full-time position. This internship is intended only for candidates who are seeking long-term employment with us post-internship. You will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, content creation, and brand development while working closely with our core marketing team. Key Responsibilities: Final-year students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields. Candidates interested in a full-time role after internship completion . Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) is a plus. Self-motivated individuals who are eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Strong interest in building a long-term career in marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and digital tools (e.g., Canva, Google Workspace, or similar). Basic understanding of marketing concepts such as SEO, content marketing, or analytics is a plus. Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Ability to commit to a 2–3 month internship with the intent to join full-time upon successful completion. Self-motivated, reliable, and a team player with a proactive mindset.
