Role Description Welborn is offering a unique opportunity for aspiring marketers to kickstart their careers through a focused 2–3 month internship, designed as a direct pathway to a full-time position. This internship is intended only for candidates who are seeking long-term employment with us post-internship. You will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, content creation, and brand development while working closely with our core marketing team. Position Overview: The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing, creating, and managing social media marketing and paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Additionally, this role includes optimizing our website for search engines and managing our online reputation. Key Responsibilities: Paid Advertising: Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google AdWords. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly. Manage budgets and forecast marketing campaign growth. Stay up-to-date with digital media developments. Partnerships and Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers on different social media platforms to execute effective marketing campaigns. Create and maintain a comprehensive database of influencers and content creators according to campaign requirements. Identify and reach out to potential influencers, building relationships and partnerships. Campaign Management: Plan, create, and optimize ad campaigns on Google AdWords (Search, Display, Video), Facebook Ads Manager, and Instagram Ads to effectively reach target audiences.
