Key Responsibilities: Academic Scheduling: Prepare and update class timetables, faculty schedules, and student batches. Ensure timely communication of schedules to students and teachers. Student Management: Maintain student admission, attendance, and performance records. Handle student queries, grievances, and feedback effectively. Faculty Coordination: Assist in coordinating with subject faculty for classes, content, and availability. Arrange substitute faculty in case of absence or rescheduling. Operational Oversight: Ensure proper functioning of classrooms, digital teaching panels, and other resources. Supervise housekeeping, front desk, and logistics support staff. Communication & Reporting: Send regular updates and notices to students via WhatsApp. Generate daily/weekly reports on attendance, feedback, and enrollments.
