Roles and Responsibilities: Office Coordination & Administrative Support Assist in daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors when necessary. Handle filing, documentation, and record-keeping. 2.Data Entry & Management Maintain production, inventoryGoogle Sheets or Excel. Update and track orders, deliveries, and returns on a regular basis. Ensure accuracy in data management and reporting. 3.Communication & Calling Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally. Follow up with clients, suppliers, and vendors regarding orders, payments, and queries. Relay messages and important information to the concerned departments. 4.Production Handling Support Coordinate with the production team for timely updates on manufacturing status. Maintain production schedules and report delays or issues to management. Assist in tracking raw material inventory and finished goods. 5.Customer & Vendor Coordination Act as a point of contact for clients and suppliers. Schedule meetings, pickups, and deliveries when required. Share production updates, invoices, and delivery timelines. 6.Documentation & Record Keeping Prepare and organize production reports Ensure that all documents are stored in an organized and retrievable manner. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a clothing or textile industry is a strong advantage. Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is mandatory. Good verbal and written communication skills. Organized, punctual, and able to multitask efficiently.
