The Franchise Executive will recruit and onboard franchisees to fund and provide properties for Atiti Service Apartments, ensuring alignment with our premium brand standards. The role involves pitching our franchise model, evaluating properties, and fostering strong relationships with franchisees. Key Responsibilities: Recruit franchisees (real estate owners, investors) in Tier-1/2 cities (e.g., Patna, Bangalore, Mumbai, Jaipur). Pitch Atiti’s franchise model, highlighting attractive returns and brand value. Evaluate properties (1–2 BHK apartments) for suitability and compliance. Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements with the legal team. Support property setup (furnishings, branding) and integration into Atiti’s booking platform. Maintain franchisee relationships through regular updates and support. Research market demand and monitor competitors to refine recruitment strategies. Report weekly on franchisee onboarding progress and pipeline. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Experience: 2–3 years in sales, franchise development, or real estate. Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills; basic CRM proficiency.
