Growth & Customer Acquisition: Work with the sales and operations team to drive direct bookings through the website, social media, and affiliate channels. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality or real estate. In-depth knowledge of OTA platforms and their algorithms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.). Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.
