We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 9 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in Micro Finance, Receivables, and Relationship Management. Roles and Responsibility Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payments and minimize defaults. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers. Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide insights to improve customer engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues. Develop and implement effective collection plans to meet business objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of Micro Finance, Receivables, and Relationship Management principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business opportunities. Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and regulatory requirements.
