Job Title : Front Office Manager Location : Bangalore Company : Agira Hotels Job Description : Agira Hotels, a leading player in the hospitality industry, is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Front Office Manager to join our team at our Bangalore property. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and managing front office staff to uphold the highest hospitality standards. Key Responsibilities : Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the front desk, concierge, and guest services. Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures while maintaining efficient communication with housekeeping and other departments. Handle guest queries, concerns, and special requests, providing exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction. Train, mentor, and schedule front office staff, including receptionists and bellhops. Ensure all front desk staff adhere to hotel policies and procedures. Monitor occupancy rates, room availability, and collaborate with the sales department to maximize room revenue. Manage guest feedback, including online reviews, and respond professionally to ensure guest loyalty. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, services, and promotions to communicate effectively with guests. Prepare and present regular reports on front desk operations, guest satisfaction, and revenue. Manage billing and guest folios to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions. Experience : Minimum of 1-3 years of front office management or supervisory Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS systems) and basic accounting procedures. Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and manage a busy front desk environment.
