The ideal candidate will work closely with the production team to ensure timely, high-quality output across extrusion, molding, and finishing processes—especially for rubber and silicone-based products. RESPONSIBILITIES Plan and manage daily production schedules to meet quality and delivery targets. Supervise shift operations, machine loading, material consumption, and manpower allocation. Monitor rubber/silicone extrusion and molding processes to ensure product conformity and machine efficiency. Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room teams to resolve issues and reduce downtime. Ensure adherence to production SOPs, safety standards, and cleanliness across work areas. Maintain production reports, output data, and performance logs for analysis and decision-making. Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce waste, cycle time, and cost. Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action planning for non-conformities or rework cases. Train and guide operators, helpers, and machine staff for smooth production flow. Ensure optimal utilization of machines, tools, and materials with minimal wastage.
