Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and energetic Marketing Manager to join our team in Ludhiana. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in pharmaceutical marketing. You will work closely with senior managers to plan, execute, and monitor marketing activities. Key Responsibilities: Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical products. Coordinate with medical representatives and the field team to support product promotion. Conduct basic market research to understand customer needs and competitor strategies. Help organize medical camps, promotional events, and doctor engagement programs. Create marketing content such as product flyers, digital posts, and promotional material. Visit doctors, chemists, and hospitals when needed to understand field operations. Maintain records of campaign performance and prepare basic reports. Collaborate with the design team for visual marketing assets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree . Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
