Amyga Foundation provides free English medium education to children in Anganwadis in Chamarjanagar District. It hires local women, trains them in English and Montessori method, deploys them along with learning material in rural Government Anganwadis to educate the children. The candidate will be female, know Kannada and English. She will manage our teachers, coordinate with Govt. officials and make sure quality education is delivered to the children. The candidate is expected to travel to villages daily. She can purchase an E-scooter in their name, and EMIs will be reimbursed. Candidates will be provided spoken English training. There will be a fixed monthly salary and a quarterly performance bonus. All employees are covered by PF and ESI insurance.
