Job Title: Housekeeping Manager Location: Hotel Hampi International, Hospet, Karnataka Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 5+ years in hospitality housekeeping, with 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role. Role Summary: The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the hotel. You will manage housekeeping staff, control inventory, maintain public areas, and uphold guest satisfaction scores. Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and train the housekeeping team including room attendants, laundry staff, and public area cleaners Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house for cleanliness and maintenance Develop cleaning schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards Maintain housekeeping supplies and control costs by managing inventories and vendors Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally Coordinate with the front office, maintenance, and F&B teams to ensure seamless operations Prepare departmental reports and track KPIs including guest feedback and room readiness Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for deep cleaning, linen handling, and turn-down services Monitor staff attendance, duty rosters, and performance evaluations Desired Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related field Proven experience in housekeeping operations in a 3-star or above hotel Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in housekeeping software and Microsoft Office Attention to detail and guest-oriented mindset Fluency in English; knowledge of Kannada is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Experience: Supervising: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
