Role & responsibilities JD of Edge Co-ordinator To facilitate school teachers to use the product. To motivate the school teachers to increase the product usage. To provide product related feedback given by the school teachers to TCE and follow up for solutions. To ensure that all the hardware and software provided by TCE in the school are in condition. To update the school server with all the new content and product features To Log a call for all technical and content related issues. To Maintain Usage and Call log Reports and discuss the same with the school management at the end of the month.
