The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality orthopaedic care in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert diagnosis and treatment for orthopaedic and musculoskeletal disorders Specialize in knee replacement surgeries and post-operative care Work within a unit-based system to ensure coordinated and continuous patient care Conduct regular inpatient rounds (morning and evening) Assist and independently perform surgical procedures in the operation theatre (OT) Attend to OPD consultations and manage orthopaedic emergencies Participate in on-call duties every alternate day and on Sundays, as per rotation Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in orthopaedic surgical techniques, especially knee replacements Strong clinical acumen and patient communication skills Ability to work independently and in team-based environments Commitment to high standards of ethical and evidence-based medical care
