Department: Accounts & Finance Reporting To: Director Key Responsibilities: Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping Maintain day-to-day accounting records (cash, bank, UPI transactions) Record OPD/IPD collections, pharmacy sales, diagnostic revenue, and expenses Billing Reconciliation & Verification Reconcile billing data with collection reports from the front desk Ensure all patient bills, consultant payments, and pharmacy credits are accurately posted Expense Management Record vendor payments, petty cash expenses, staff reimbursements Monitor outstanding dues and ensure timely vendor payments Statutory Compliance & Reporting Handle GST filings, TDS deductions and returns, professional tax Coordinate with CA for income tax filings and audits Payroll & Consultant Payouts Maintain attendance-based salary sheets Calculate and process monthly salaries, incentives, and PF/ESIC if applicable Inventory Coordination (with pharmacy team) Cross-verify purchase bills with indent and stock data Ensure accurate posting of medicine and consumables purchases Financial Reporting & MIS Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, balance sheet snapshots Submit weekly MIS on collections, expenses, and profitability to management Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: Excel, Tally knowledge mandatory Experience: 2–5 years in healthcare/hospital accounting preferred Skills: Tally, Excel, GST & TDS filing, strong reconciliation & documentation abilities
