Plan weekly meal menus in coordination with the admin/management team. Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed during preparation and storage. Keep the kitchen, utensils, and dining area clean and well-organized at all times. Manage food inventory and inform the manager in advance of any supplies required. Handle leftovers and prevent unnecessary food wastage.
