Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to management on hiring progress and challenges. Qualifications: Experience: Happy to hire freshers and minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment, preferably in sales or gig hiring roles (Preferred). Target-Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and deadlines. Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with diverse candidates.
