Your Role We’re looking for a motivated Field Marketing Executive who loves interacting with people and making things happen on the ground. If you enjoy being on the move and playing a direct role in driving real estate sales this role is for you! Key Responsibilities • Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth. • Promote Nanak Groups properties through on-ground activities (malls, societies, events) • Set up and manage kiosks, open house events, and roadshows • Distribute brochures and E-brochures to prospective buyers via WhatsApp, email, or QR codes • Conduct property walkthroughs with interested leads and highlight project features • Conduct market research, analyse data, and create reports to inform business decisions. • Engage with walk-in prospects and explain project details confidently • Identify opportunities for improvement through competitive analysis. • Use digital tools (Google Forms, CRM apps) to capture and submit leads • Share daily reports and customer feedback with the marketing team • Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and site visit scheduling • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market intelligence, planning, and strategy development. Your Role: Telecaller (Lead Engagement & Conversion) We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic telecaller to join our marketing team. As a frontline voice of Nanak Group, you will play a key role in generating interest, nurturing leads, and scheduling property visits. This role is ideal for someone who is persuasive, people-friendly, and passionate about real estate. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up with inbound inquiries. Explain project details, pricing, location benefits, and the USP of Nanak Group properties clearly and convincingly. Share digital brochures and project links via WhatsApp, email, or SMS. Schedule site visits in coordination with the sales and field marketing teams. Maintain and update lead data using CRM tools and Google Forms. Handle initial queries and objections confidently, and guide prospects through the early stages of the sales funnel. Follow up persistently with warm leads and ensure timely reminders for visits or meetings. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure lead conversion strategies are aligned. Gather feedback from customers and report common queries or concerns. Prepare daily call logs and performance reports. What You Bring 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate or sales-related roles. Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills in Hindi and basic English. Ability to quickly understand and explain property features, floor plans, and payment options. Familiarity with WhatsApp, email, Google Forms, and CRM apps. A positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first approach. Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong follow-up ethic. Comfortable working on weekends and holidays (with weekly offs).
