Job Description (JD) – Production Supervisor Position: Production Supervisor Industry: Pallet Manufacturing Employment Type: Full- Time Job We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the shop floor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, workforce supervision, and ensuring timely and quality output in a labor-intensive and dusty environment . Key Responsibilities - Plan and execute daily/weekly production schedules to meet targets. Supervise and coordinate shop-floor activities. Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery. Maintain discipline, productivity, and motivation among labourers. Monitor inventory of raw materials and finished goods. Implement safety and cleanliness protocols. Report daily production and challenges to management. Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams as needed. Requirements - Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing setup (preferably wood, packaging, or related industry).Experience managing and extracting productivity from blue-collar labor. Ability to work in physically demanding, dusty conditions. Strong communication and leadership skills. Should be comfortable standing for long hours on the shop floor. Basic knowledge of production reporting and planning. Graduate with relevant experience can also apply ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering preferred.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting clients in person, generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term customer relationships through direct interactions. Location navi mumbai and Salary - upto 30 k Key Responsibilities: Visit potential customers in assigned areas to promote and sell products/services. Generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products or solutions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Prepare daily reports on field visits, lead status, and customer feedback. Follow up with clients for payments, queries, and support. Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner. Coordinate with the internal team to fulfill customer requirements. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate. Previous experience in field sales is preferred (Freshers can also apply). Good communication and convincing skills. Must be comfortable with door-to-door and business-to-business (B2B) sales. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Two-wheeler and a valid driving license (preferred). Basic knowledge of mobile apps and using Google Maps.
