BE/B.Tech in Civil Engg. with 8-12 years exp. in end to end construction of Road, Bridge, ROB etc. in State or National Highways. Preferably Kota or Rajasthan residents. Knowledge of civil construction & related work, study of drawing. Knowledge of Estimation & Costing, Bar Bending Schedule, Rate Analysis, Labour & Machinery Analysis . Pre-bid budget vs post-bid budget based on revised logistic plan and preliminary drawings / pavement composition etc. Subsequent revision as and when required. Keeping records of measurement / billing / verification by clients / department. Quantity Analysis, Quantity Survey. Preparation of MPR, DPR, WPR, understand the scope of work and quantity estimation. Daily & weekly work schedules. Obtain measurement from site engineers. Verification of contractor and client bills & process, procurement & resource plan, work orders. Evaluation and monitoring of sub contractor bills. Study the drawings and calculation of material, BOQ with item rates. Quantification of Road Work Items like Earthwork, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC / SMA, DLC, PQC in Km wise for MCW / SR similarly structural work quantity like Concrete, reinforcement per BBS structure wise. Reconciliation of materials and bills and get certification on time. Follow up with Accounts dept for payment. Project related documentation, correspondences, drawings. Attend project progress review meetings. Ensure compliance of quality, safety and legal compliances. Searching & downloading tenders from different government websites related to company profile. Making documents for Quotations, physical tenders, online tenders & uploading in E-Portal. Attend Tender opening, technical, price. Software - Autocad, MS Office, Primavera, e-Portals Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 26/07/2025
