Key Responsibilities Operations Management: Oversee daily farm operations, including crop cultivation, irrigation, pest control, and harvest schedules. Crop Planning: Develop seasonal and annual crop plans, including rotation, polyhouse scheduling, and soil health maintenance. Labor Management: Supervise and support farm staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and within deadlines. Budgeting & Financial Oversight: Develop and manage farm budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability. Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of seeds, fertilizers, and other supplies. Data Management & Reporting: Record and analyze farm production data to drive decisions and report on farm performance. Requirements Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in farm management, preferably in organic farming. Polyhouse Management: Knowledge of managing polyhouses, including climate control and pest management. Education: Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field preferred. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in crop management, irrigation systems, pest control, and soil health.
