Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and certified Boiler Operator to manage and operate industrial boilers used in our plywood shuttering manufacturing process. The ideal candidate must ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operation of the boiler plant. 💼 Responsibilities: Daily operation and maintenance of boiler and related equipment. Monitor pressure, temperature, fuel consumption and water level to ensure safe operations. Perform routine checks, cleaning, and minor repairs of the boiler system. Maintain boiler logs, safety records, and report any malfunction. Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations. Handle emergency shutdowns and restart procedures as required. Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for smooth operation. 🧰 Required Skills: Knowledge of boiler controls and instrumentation. Familiarity with safety procedures and government regulations. Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues. Experience in a plywood or wood-based manufacturing unit (preferred). Physically fit and able to work in heat and industrial conditions. 📄 Certification: Valid Boiler Attendant Certificate (1st or 2nd class as per local/state norms) is mandatory.
