We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing visually stunning and strategically aligned pitch decks, marketing collateral, brand assets, and digital creatives that resonate with investors, founders, and startup stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign high-impact pitch decks, business presentations, and visual content for startup clients. Translate complex ideas into clean, engaging, and easy-to-understand visual formats. Collaborate with content strategists, business analysts, and founders to ensure brand and message consistency. Develop templates, icons, illustrations, and infographics aligned with the latest design trends. Work on brand kits, social media creatives, brochures, and digital campaigns for Impactful Pitch and its clients. Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and design assets. Handle multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field. 1-3 years of proven graphic design experience (experience in startups or pitch design is a plus). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and PowerPoint. Strong portfolio showcasing presentation design, brand assets, and visual storytelling. Ability to understand and visually articulate business concepts. Exceptional attention to detail, layout, typography, and color. Ability to receive feedback constructively and iterate rapidly. Knowledge of startup ecosystems or venture capital is a strong bonus.
