Key Responsibilities:Perform haircuts, hair coloring, styling, blow-drying, straightening, curling, and other hair treatments for male and female clients. Recommend hairstyles and treatments based on clients’ hair texture, facial structure, and preferences. Provide grooming services for male clients including beard trimming, shaving, and scalp massages (if applicable). Suggest appropriate hair care products and routines to clients. Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation and follow salon sanitation standards. Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge. Manage appointments effectively and ensure minimal waiting time for clients. Build a loyal client base by delivering excellent customer service. Ensure safety and proper usage of tools, equipment, and chemicals. Requirements:Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Unisex Hairdresser or Hairstylist. Proficient in haircuts, coloring, styling, and grooming services for both genders. Certification or diploma in Hairdressing or Cosmetology preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team and maintain a professional attitude. Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as per salon schedule.
