Location: Burdwan Work Type: Full-Time Reports To: Director – Automation & Strategy Key Responsibilities:🔧 SCADA Development : Develop, configure, and deploy SCADA applications using: DIAView (Delta) WinCC (Siemens) Flexem SCADA Interface SCADA with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors via Modbus TCP/IP, RTU, or Ethernet/IP. Configure alarms, trends, dashboards, reports, and remote access features. Support clients in SCADA installation, training, and after-sales technical documentation. Website Design & Maintenance : Manage torqmotion: update products, create landing pages for PLC, panels, laser machines. Coordinate hosting, security (SSL), SEO structure, and performance. Add new web sections for SCADA solutions, Ethernet switches, case studies, and automation services. Digital Marketing & SEO:Run basic digital marketing campaigns: Google Business Profile (Local SEO) Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn content posting WhatsApp catalog & automation Optimize pages for keyword ranking (PLC, SCADA, CNC, Fiber Laser). Work with graphic designer/freelancer to prepare posts, brochures, product creatives. Networking & IT Support :Configure industrial Ethernet switches for control panels and smart automation. Setup static IPs, PLC-HMI networks, VPN connections. Manage company IT systems (email setup, Google Workspace, shared drive, antivirus, etc.) Required Qualifications:Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in: Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics / Computer Science / IT 1–3 years of experience in SCADA development, automation IT support, or digital tools. Project experience in WinCC or DIAView SCADA. Soft Skills:Self-driven and reliable with ability to multitask Comfortable explaining technical concepts to clients and team Proactive in solving IT and customer-side issues Good written/spoken communication in Bengali, Hindi, and English Compensation & Perks:Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹20,000/month (Based on skills & experience) Incentives: Based on SCADA deployment & Ethernet switch sales support Perks: Travel allowance + DA for field work Product training from Delta/Flexem Performance-based bonuses Exposure to international business & branding Mandatory Requirements: Must reside in or around Burdwan / Durgapur / Asansol Must be willing to travel to client locations or Torqmotion site when required
