We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Admin (Blue Collar) to manage recruitment, administration, and employee support functions for our blue-collar workforce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process, managing statutory compliance (especially ESIC), and overseeing essential administrative operations such as transportation, canteen, uniforms, and housekeeping. Strong communication and computer skills are essential for this role. Role and Responsibility Recruitment and selection process for Blue Collar employees. Cold calling to employees. ESIC working-Registration of new employees and existing employees. Resolving ESIC issues. Attendance and leave management. Administration work- Transportation, Canteen ,Uniform, Shoes, Housekeeping, Stationary, Office Maintenance, Time Office Management. MIS report. Requirement and Skills Relevant experience in Recruitment and Selection process. Good in Computer skills- MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Mail Drafting. Solid Verbal and written Communication skill.
