Provide product/service information clearly and accurately. 3. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business. 4. Maintain and update customer database regularly. 5. Handle customer queries, objections, and resolve concerns effectively. 6. Work closely with the sales/marketing team to understand promotions and updates. Requirements: 1. 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream. 2. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English. 3. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.). 4.
