Job Summary:The Quality Control Associate for Home Decor (Export) ensures that home decor products meet quality standards, client specifications, and international regulatory requirements for export and domestic markets. The role involves inspecting products, coordinating with production teams, and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards to uphold brand reputation and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Product Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of home decor products at various production stages (raw materials, in-process, and finished goods) to ensure compliance with quality standards. Quality Assurance: Verify products meet client specifications, design standards, and international regulations (e.g., ISO, REACH, or country-specific standards). Testing and Validation: Perform or oversee tests for durability, safety, and functionality (e.g., material strength, colorfastness, or finish quality). Defect Identification: Identify and document defects, non-conformities, or quality issues, and recommend corrective actions. Coordination: Collaborate with production, design, and logistics teams to resolve quality issues and ensure timely delivery of defect-free products. Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements to production processes or quality systems to enhance product quality and reduce defects. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in home decor, furniture, or export-oriented industries (freshers with relevant training may be considered). Knowledge of international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ASTM) and export regulations. Familiarity with home decor materials and manufacturing processes. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for identifying defects.Proficiency in quality management tools and software (e.g., ERP systems, MS Office). Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and international clients. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Job Title: Testing Engineer – 765/400/220 kV Substation (PGCIL Project) Location: Rajasthan & Uttar Pradesh (Various Project Sites) Job Type: Full-Time / Contract-Based Industry: Power Transmission / Substation Projects / EPC Department: Testing & Commissioning Reporting To: Project Manager / Site In-Charge Job Overview: We are hiring experienced Testing Engineers for the execution, testing, and commissioning of 765kV, 400kV & 220kV substations under Power Grid (PGCIL) transmission projects in Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. The role demands hands-on expertise in power system testing, relay configuration, and equipment diagnostics. Key Responsibilities: Conduct testing and commissioning of HT/EHT substation equipment including: CTs, PTs, Circuit Breakers, Isolators, Power Transformers Protection Relays (distance, differential, overcurrent, etc.) Numerical and electromechanical relays (ABB, Siemens, GE, etc.) Perform primary & secondary injection tests , insulation resistance (IR), contact resistance (CRM), and SF6 gas analysis. Coordinate with OEMs, PGCIL engineers, and internal teams for final testing clearance. Prepare testing reports, maintain documentation, and ensure safety protocols. Support in substation energization activities and fault troubleshooting. Ensure adherence to PGCIL technical specifications and timelines.
